TERMS OF USE

REFUND POLICY

  • Payments are processed in full at the time of checkout via Stripe Online Payment Processing through integration with Calendly.

  • For Private Coaching Sessions and Design Packages, you may cancel at any time prior to your first paid appointment for a full refund.

  • After your first paid session, you may cancel your purchase of a Package (4 Sessions, 8 Sessions, Room Design Package) with a refund of half of the full paid Package amount.

  • Upon the completion of a Package (session appointments and materials), the Package sale is final.

 


HOSTING FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS: Online appointments will be hosted on Zoom Video Communications per COVID-19 safety guidelines. A link to our private sessions will be shared with you via your provided email prior to your appointment. Text reminders are also provided as a convenient option for your upcoming appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Sassy Simplicity values our clients and their schedules. As such, we have strict policies for no-shows and cancellations. We request 24-hour advance notice of cancellation, to provide waitlisted clients the opportunity to book new openings. Except in cases of unavoidable emergencies, late cancellations (cancellations with less than 24 hours notice) and no-shows (cancellations without any notification) will be charged 50% of the listed service price of the missed appointment. We understand that life is hectic. You can notify us of a cancellation or rebook your appointment through the Sassy Simplicity website booking page (hosted by Calendly) or send an email to hi@sassysimplicity.com.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE SESSIONS

By registering for and successfully completing payment of a Single Session or Package offer, you agree to the following:

  • You agree that all package content, files, audio, and information are copyrighted material and cannot, in any way, be reproduced without written consent by Michelle Gersten.

  • You are purchasing one spot in the Single Session or Package for one human being unless otherwise agreed upon with Michelle Gersten.

  • All appointment correspondence will be conducted by the email address you used upon purchase. It is your responsibility to contact hi@sassysimplicity.com if your best email is not the one you used at checkout.

  • You understand that there are no guarantees with the outcome of these Sessions or Packages as success is based on your individual participation and commitment to the work.

  • You understand if you are not receiving correspondence for any reason from us, it is your responsibility to contact us at hi@sassysimplicity.com.
